UFO Over China or Terrestrial Military / Space Vehicle?
- Those probably were not UFOs that hovered over
China recently, a Massachusetts Institute of Technology
analyst said. The images of the UFOs have caused quite a
stir in China and on blogs around the world. But many of
the images appear to be faked with the software program
Photoshop and the ones that were not faked seem to depict
the launch of a Chinese ballistic missile, said Geoffrey
Forden, an MIT weapons analyst. Forden, who also specializes
in Russian and Chinese space systems. "It seems to
me that a DF-21 (missile) launch somewhere near Jiuquan
and aimed at a point somewhere in the eastern Gobi desert
is the most likely cause of this 'UFO'", Forden wrote.
Chinese officials have been looking into the reports about
UFOs. They have said they were trying to determine whether
the objects were private or military aircraft, rocket flares,
reflection in the sky or something else.

Nuneaton, England, in 1970) is a cryptozoologist, author,
zoological journalist, and WebTV Presenter. He is also Zoological
Director of the Centre for Fortean Zoology (CFZ), and co-edits
both the journal, Animals & Men and several editions
of the annual CFZ Yearbook. Richard Freeman has written,
co-written, or edited a number of books, and has contributed
widely to both Fortean and zoological magazines, as well
as other newspapers and periodicals, including Fortean Times
and Paranormal Magazine. He has also lectured across the
UK at events such as the Fortean Times Unconvention, the
Weird Weekend, Microcon and at museums such as the Natural

Freeman claimed an early obsession with the classic science
fiction series Dr Who (with Jon Pertwee) had sparked an
interest in all things weird. After school he became a zookeeper

Springs, NY, following a 35-year career instructing in African/Asian
Culture Studies and World Religions. He co-founded PSI (Parapsychology

monthly lectures and annual e.s.p. conventions featuring
national figures in parapsychology. Since visiting a haunted
barn when teaching in Oneida County, then Saratoga's "Riley
House" in 1978, and experiencing a number of paranormal
phenomena, he has collected folktales of hauntings. He is
also a professional storyteller, employed by Ft. William
Henry in Lake George, NY, during the summer. Pitkin also

America and then the Mafia. At 12 years old he watched his
dad go to jail for making a device for mobsters to make
toll-free, untraceable phone calls. New York mob boss Carlo

senators, is they have a license to steal and we don't need
one." Soon after, Walter's revenge on the rich and
